The Oriental Kwai Resort is owned by Djo and Evelien, a Thai-Dutch couple, and has opened in April 2007. They started building the resort a year before in april 2006 starting with jungle! With the help of both their families, they designed and set up the resort. Djo was born in Thailand but grew up in the Netherlands where he met his wife Evelien. Together the have 3 daughters, Mila who was born in january 2006 and Emi born in september 2007 and June of december 2009.

 Djo, Evelien and staff want to give their guests a personal approach and give extra attention to your needs during your stay. Through years of travelling experience in Thailand they can give tips and information about what to see and how to get there.
